Oxana, thank you very much for the wonderful experience of going through the sugar-free week✨.
My main conclusions:
1. The sheer amount of sugar surrounding us is overwhelming. When I was shopping mindfully, I suddenly realized that seemingly innocent bananas and cherries are also quite sweet. Not to mention yogurts and cookies for tea.
2. During the first days without sugar, I didn't even crave sweets. Then, there was my husband's birthday with desserts and sweets, and old habits kicked back in.
3. I’d like to continue the experiment without sugar for a longer period and measure my energy levels.
4. The support group is a huge resource.
